Solar Kit elements
- Solar Panel: It is the element that generates electricity thanks to the solar radiation. With it there is obtained direct current that serves for example to load batteries, but NOT to use domestic appliances. For stand alone solar systems are in the habit of being used panels with tensions of 17,5V (to load batteries of 12V) and panels with tensions of 35V (to load batteries of 24V).
- Solar Regulator: Device that allows that the batteries should load correctly, and in the case that they are loaded, they cut the electricity in order that not to overload her. It also indicates us the charge status of batteries and in case of digital, which is taking place at that time.
- Battery: It is the manager of storing all the energy of the installation. Simultaneously, it will be consumed of the battery whenever electricity is needed. The small installations are in the habit of going to 12V (up to 500W), whereas those of major power are in the habit of going to 24V. The above mentioned are in the habit of connecting with glasses of battery of 2V, joined in series up to forming them 24V. The glasses allow major capacities that the batteries monoblock.
- Inverter: This is the device manager that we can use the home plug. It transforms the direct current in alternate current and it allows us to have a tension of 220V. In those of major power, usually connected by wiring to the input of the differential box, to supply electricity to the entire house.
- Consume: The aim is that we could have a consumption in 12 Vdc or in 220Vac as be convenient. For lighting it is possible to have a consumption of 12V, whereas for domestic appliances, televisions, etc. We will have a consumption to 220V, as if we had the home plug. For the consumption of 220V, we have to pass for the inverter, who connects directly to the battery.
