Nousol.com is a site where you can find information and solar products and related to renewable energy. From all range of products, the ClickCells ones as well as the solar charger are manufactured exclusively by Nousol.

The use of this web site is an agreement of the user of the following selling conditions of the products offered in www.nousol.com company established by NOUSOL Nuevas Energías SLU (from now on Nousol), with VAT NUMBER B-64483555 located in Virgen de Montserrat, 41 - Granollers (Barcelona).

Payment

The orders can be payed exclusively, as the customer choose, as follows:

1. by credit card by save server SSL. Order of more than 1000€ must be payed by transference.
2. by bank transference to the account that www.nousol.com gives in case this option is chosen. The order will start after receiving the deposit advice. Nousol Nuevas Energías reserves the rights of not deliver the order when the charge of the money is denied for any reason.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on each product, which every one has his different delivery time. Nousol could delay the maximum delivery time when its a "big cause", previous warning to the customer, detailing the causes of the non fulfillment of the initial delivery time stipulated.

In case of delays produced by beyond causes to this company(fire, robberies, lost, , etc.) the responsibility will be null in all cases. A solution would be found to deliver the material or give back the money.

Transport and delivery of the material

The delivery will always be administer by Nousol. The customer is obliged to verify the product in the moment of the delivery. In case of any anomaly, must be written in the delivery note of the transport company and in no more than 24 hours inform to Nousol. If any note in delivery time is written we assume that the product has arrived in good conditions.

Delivery expense

The delivery expense must be payed by the customer and are included in the order process. The price of the transport expenses will depend on the volume of the order.

Deliveries to Islas Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded of this conditions. We recommend to ask before ordering. 

Guarantees

Nousol guarantee that all the products are new and have minimum 2 years guarantee (except batteries AGM and monoblock which has 1 year guarantee). Higher guarantees to 2 years, depend on the family of the product, and we recommend to check in case they need.

Return material

The customer can demand mistakes in the orders due to different delivery of the material ordered in maximum 5 days once received.

Any return will be accepted unless previous authorization by Nousol, who will provide the required document to return the material.

The retuns will always be free of transport.

All returns must contain the delivery note or invoice of the product.

Any discount in material will be done unless they are in good conditions to sell or in case the box or packaging is missing.

Any return will be admitted past 15 days after the delivery of the products.

In all returns the product will be reduced of value in 10% of the price in the invoice, as a checking and fitting-out costs.
